Glenn is currently the Managing Director of Evolve Leadership Group, a small global advisory and consultancy firm focused on delivering best practice governance frameworks, organisational strategy to drive real value, as well as inspirational and practical leadership development Glenn has completed a Master of Business Leadership at Curtin University and is a graduate and fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Although Glenn ventures abroad for business, he is born and bred in Western Australia and currently resides in Perth with his wife, Allison and sons Chase and Jackson. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, his multiple BBQs, trying to keep up with his sons in the gym and attempting to play the guitar.

Tim Brewer

Managing change while driving growth is no easy task and Tim Brewer brings to the table all that it takes. Currently though, Tim has been seconded to launch and build a new SAAS company Functionly, www.functionly.com, creating an amazing org design platform that optimises organisations and navigates resource change.

At just 34 years of age, MSPmentor.com lists Brewer as one of the World’s Top Managed Services Leaders alongside winning the recent 40 under 40 awards rewarding excellence in Australian business leadership.

A former chaplain and elected member of local government, Tim’s first foray into business came when he was invited to become a partner in a small IT firm with a close friend. Then a company with only 14 staff, Brewer became a driver of change and helped increase services profitability by more than 200%. Customer satisfaction soared by more than 70% and Accord now 46 staff was named in the Fast 100 list published by Business Review Weekly magazine.

Later, Tim spearheaded a merger of Accord into a rollup of IT and Telco companies to form Anittel. Now a global market leader, Anittel has more than 200 staff and connects organisations to their markets through unified communications, cloud computing and managed IT solutions. Further recognition includes back-to-back listings in the CRN Fast 50 and ARN IT/Telecommunications Reseller of the Year. Deloitte named Anittel as Australia’s fastest growing technology company in 2011.

Now in heavy demand as a business adviser, leadership consultant and board member, Tim’s commitment to excellence frames his desire for those around him to grow and reach their potential – and success always follows. He continues to maintain his community involvement, particularly in the area of youth outreach, is a lifelong surfer, and is married to Vicki with 2 gorgeous children, Tia and Jed.
